How much is shipping?
We offer calculated USPS/UPS shipping rates for orders within the contiguous United States.

Where do you ship to?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to ship internationally very soon.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1-3 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 5-7 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 1-3 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at hello@shopjamarose.com .

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return it to us for FREE within 60 days of purchase for a complete refund. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. 

How do I make a return or exchange?
If for any reason you wish to make a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@shopjamarose.com and we'd be happy to assist you. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label where you may send us back the product, preferably in its original packaging and condition. 

When should I use the diffuser?
Our diffusers are great for your morning routine to jumpstart your day, at your workstation while your sipping on a cup of coffee/tea, overnight on your nightstand to help you ease into restful sleep, and so much more!

How do I plug in the diffuser?
Our diffusers either come equipped with a standard AC adapter or a USB cable that can connect to any standard port in a computer or charger.

Can I turn off the night light on my diffuser?
Yes! The night light is an optional feature that can run with or without the mist.

How long will the diffusers spray?
After filling up with water, the spray on our diffusers can last from 4 to 8 continuous hours depending on the water capacity. When in the intermittent mode, it can last twice as long. Please note that each diffuser comes equipped with an auto shut-off feature, which can simply be turned back on with the push of the power button.

What type of water works best?
Pure, filtered water works best on our devices. We also recommend using tap or bottled water because the natural minerals in the water allow the oil to cling to the particles and disperse further into the air.

Am I allowed to use essential oils?
Yes, yes, and yes! In fact, we strongly encourage doing so for an optimal aromatherapy experience. As Independent Wellness Advocates with dōTERRA, check out our Certified Pure Tested Grade essential oil products here.

How do I clean my diffuser?
To keep your diffuser in perfect running condition for years to come, clean your diffuser after each use by wiping it out with a cleaning cloth or paper towel and letting it dry before using it again. For a quick clean, it is a good idea to diffuse Lemon oil for a short time. This makes it easier to clean out any residue or water lines before you wipe it out. 

We also recommend that you deep clean your diffusers once a month or as needed. Start by checking the instruction manual that came with the diffuser for cleaning tips specific to your machine. You can also wipe down your machine with rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab/cotton ball or you can diffuse a tablespoon of white vinegar in the diffuser.
